The section of exhaust that goes under the engine is all tacked up. Had to make changes to the catalytic converter. I'd already welded on the v-clamp flanges. So I cut both flanges off and then cut off 2 1/8" total from the catalytic converter. Welded the flanges back on and everything fits without hitting anything. The flex pipe in the picture won't be the one used in the end. I had that leftover from another project. I ordered a shorter version and hopefully have it by the weekend.

Changing the muffler I was originally going to use. It was a 3" center inlet with dual 2.5" outlets on the other side of the muffler. Below are pictures of the 2 I'm thinking about now. The silver muffler is a Dynamax 17227 and the black one is a Flowmaster series 80 43083. The last picture shows a cross section of the insides.

Still working on the car. Here's a couple pictures standing back looking at the car. Need to clean off the car some. The inside of the car is being used to store parts and long pieces of metal. I normally get more work done in the winter than the summer months. Easier to heat a garage than have fans trying to cool a garage and blow the welding gas away. The LP heater I use can really put some heat out. Last picture show just how much, was wondering why I was starting to sweat.

Planning on finishing up the exhaust system this weekend. Hopefully be able to finish the intake plumbing too. Then start working on the bodywork in the back end first. Ordered some samples of marine grade fabric for the dash and the interior panels.

Been doing some work off and on. Trying to work some bodywork designs out. Also purchased a 2014 F150 in January so need to build funds back up some.
