Hello everyone! I first started collecting parts for my creation in 2015. Purchasing parts from local junk yards and Ebay. All the metal stock is from a local metal supplier. The engine and drive train from a 94 Honda Accord. Sold the parts I didn't need and ended up covering what I paid for the car. I do have big plans for the engine, turbo anyone. Most of the designing was made using Sketchup and then transferred to a frame calculator. Plus all the designs in my head. When I first started the build, I was only taking pictures until April of 2017. Going to start posting videos of the on going work and designs.

This thread is picture heavy. Not slow internet friendly.

What made you decide to go with the 1994 Accord drivetrain?

Picked up a parts car for $300. The block is aluminum with iron sleeves. So boring it out doesn't require replacing the sleeves like the H and K engine. Bisimoto has shown what you can do with this engine. The F22B1 trans is geared very long, which is better at keeping the turbo in it's powerband.

A little something from my Creator page on Patreon.

Finish welding up the right half of the rear lower control arm jig. Going to try finish notching the tubes tomorrow. I'll then tack it in the jig and let in cool down. Once that's done, flip the arm to the left side and use the arm to line up the brackets to the plate. I now know why companies take so long to make jigs or holding frames. Thanks How's Its Made.

Late getting out of work today, so didn't get much done. I used paper templates to mark the lines around the tube. I then used the grinder to get the notches shaped just right. I could have done this with my tubing notcher but didn't want to. Mainly because it set perfectly to 90 degrees and its very hard to do that.

As much as I love this thread for a custom project, there's not much "Tech" in this regarding Hondas yet. Great, hi-res photos are cool, however, this may need to go to an appearance build forum with all of these photos and one line descriptions. There's not much "tech" description here regarding Hondas. If the theme changes a bit, I'll recommend it be moved to a more appropriate forum

Final finished the first of four control arm jigs. This jig will be used to make one more arm then put into storage. That way if I damage an arm, I can make as many as I want or need. Now to start making the rear upper control arm jig. This arm is much smaller and not as many pieces. So hopefully it won't take as long to do.

Well I started marking the upper control arm jig, so I thought. When I was making the jig I flipped a measurement in my head. 9 became a 6, lol. Below is a picture of the jig made to short. The next picture is with the lower control arm and tire mounted up.
