Well I got my ac installed and working. I had to piece together a r134 setup, well most of one. I am still using a condenser from a 92 and the line from the condenser to the compressor. Had to use a larger o-ring to make up for the smaller fitting of the r 12 line but it holds pressure and blows cold air. I am still on the hunt for the correct line and condenser.

I need to replace my front brakes so I picked up some front integra brakes yesterday from the junkyard for $20. I will rebuild them next week. Still have to pull some knuckles from a junk yard back home.

Nothing like having AC...I'm running an R12 system with R134a freon and the connections for it. Still blows cold enough for me

Over the last couple weeks I have been hitting the junk yards and picked up some knuckles and hubs off a 99 EX and bought some calipers.

Installed some new Moog LBJ's. Got some inner tie rods to install as well once I get home, Thanks to rockauto!

I am thinking of adding these 4 pot calipers I have had sitting around

but decided stock teggy's was enough for me

I wont be on a snail by August like I had planned but it will be better with time :zen:

Managed to forget a final shot but give me a break it was 3am and I had a fun time with a stuck axle I wasted way to much time trying to break loose from under the car when I should of removed the inner shaft as well.

TOols of the Trait:

Out with the old

And the new and installed needs a pic...

Also decided...

Picked a front sway bar setup off a 95 ex Friday and decided to clean them and give a fresh coat of paint.

Thank you. I have been debating on keeping it white or going with something like Fuji Blue. I have to get the body damage taken care of soon. I had a similar issue with surging up and down about 300 rpm's. My problem was the vacuum line attached to the fuel rail had a small crack less than 1/8". Afraid I can't take any pictures at the moment. My car is 456 miles away and I won't be home for another week but this is the diagram I used...

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/gsr-vacuum-diagram-2354650/

As far as ecu it is a stock obd1 p72. I plan on running Neptune soon.

I got luck with my swap. That sucks! What are your plans for your motor?

I decided to begin on my sway bar install tonight. I am also replacing all bushings in the front suspension and hopefully fixing my leak in the fire wall in the morning.

Love this thing

Oh yeah final shot of integra calipers on ek knuckles & SS lines... THERE WAS NO CHANGE IN HEIGHT!!! EK knuckles are suppose to be 1/2" shorter and I was told it might change the height but that was not the case. Also driver side caliper is off a LS and passenger side is off a GSR...

Some randoms..
AC installed. Using R-12 condenser on r-134 system. Changing that this weekend to r-134.

Look at that mount shine!!!

Front Sway bar is installed. Forgot to take pics again before lowering it back down. I also decided to throw on a few parts I have had laying around forever.
Got tired of front bumper looking like crap so I threw a coat of paint on. It ain't a best of show but it looks alot better!!!!

Ok, I def have made some progress this weekend. I was going to make a detailed install of a USDM/EDM Audio Console. It was very easy and self explanatory so I said F@^* it and took a few pics along the way...

You must remove the lid and cup holder assembly.

I also went from...

To..

Ok here are some of the before's of a Yonaka WS-II replica with no cat and a PLM Hytech replica header. Doesn't sound bad for a Honda(have to add that last part for clarity), def no pur of a V-8!!! Adding a cat at 4 so the results

And some more pics...

It is not your typical Honda fart can sound!!! It is still a little louder than I like when I get on it but over all I am happy. I added a cat and it helped with some of the rasp but didn't do much to actually quite it down. I think I am going to look into replacing the resonator with a magnaflow. Here is a take off...

Here is one of the other project...

Found a few more pics I never posted...

EDM audio console. I am a sucker for good deals. Heck almost bought a 99ex coupe today that had a blown motor for $500 but it needed some work

New mats the wife bought me for Christmas...

Got a carpet from a old gsr for the rear...

Yeah, my tool box full of tools is at my other house 500 miles away so no chain breaker.

On another note, all the turbo parts I picked up from my step-brother were useless so he is giving me a rebuilt B16 tranny and a 98+JDM ITR tranny. Things will be a little slow for me until I get the body work taken care off.

Any reason to use the 99ex knuckles over your stock ones? Build seems promising by the way GL

Thats funny, I have a plm hytech, no cat, and the yonaka ws2 as well. On a white eh2 also. Except motor is a b16b, but I agree, that set-up sounds pretty good for a honda. Just wish they offered bigger piping than just 60mm.

In order to upgrade to the larger rotors and integra calipers, I had to upgrade to a knuckle off a ex/si or a teg.

What are you trying to copy me??? JP I do love this exhaust for what it is and what I paid. I am actually about to replace the resonator with another to help reduce the sound in vtec. I also hate the fact it is 60mm piping because I have go with a 2.5" for the cat and resonator. I have been debating on keeping the exhaust setup for when I go boost and just do a cut out.

Haven't done much lately other than driving it and a oil change last weekend. It has 3400 miles since swap and still strong. I did finally get rid of that hideous push button start in the pic a few post up. My clutch switch was bad so previous owner bypassed it rather than fixing. Took me a while to figure out the problem because I had this random plug hanging which appears to be a aftermarket ignition kill relay. It is nice being able to turn the key and my car fires up!!! Also built a sub box for the spare tire area.

On another note, I got my first kill. I wasn't going to do it because I am very against street racing and it was a v6 eclipse but this guy just kept reving at the light. I didn't decided to go for it until after the light turned green, he chirped the tires and took off. I then casually got on the throttle and smoked him. I thought there was something wrong with my car because it was so slugish in higher rpms. It wasn't until later that I realized how much power the ac robs. I think I might stick to the POS look rather than fixing and painting the body because ole dude was pissed he got waxed by a POS civic like mine!!! It makes the win that much better IMO!!!

Again, I am 120% against street racing because it puts innocent life's in danger but I do believe there are the rare occasions when one needs to be put in their place!!!
