When biulding your head?

When biulding your head, what is the best parts to go with besides spoon, mugen, or anything not pocket breaking? Thinking about ITR or buddy club http://images.honda-tech.com/set1//smile/emcrook.gif

It all depends on what you are planning to do. You dont just pick any brand just because of the name and whats popular. Look at what the company offers also and the spring rates, type of valves, etc. so it matches what you are planning to do. Picking a valvespring for an street all motor, race all motor, high boost turbo are all different. An ITR valvespring may be good for certain type of cams only, but once you get into bigger cams, look into valvetrain that would match the cam.
Basically, research before you buy. Its not just about the $$.
