Default rod bolts, 5/16 vs 3/8

hi, i'm looking to buy some Eagle CRS5862A3D rods for my f20b build, my question is they have started to make these with 3/8 bolts instead of 5/16, but most places still only have the 5/16 version.

is this something i should hold out for and get the bigger ones? or does it not make much difference?

many thanks Adam

it depends on your goals.....wait, if you are looking at eagles and not others... 5/16 would be fine.

my goals are a built f20b with roller cams, 12.5 cp pistons which were custom made to use the said eagle rods and maybe a 9k rpm limit, they are b series stroker rods, i'm guessing many have used the eagle rods with 5/16 bolts in b series builds and turned more rpm,
just wanted some input from you engine guys.
