What Oil Should I use

Hey guys just wondering what oil you would recommend I use in my GSR Motor. I have upgraded ECU, No internals, I/E, And Intake Manifold. I was going to go with 5w-20 is that cool??

i personally use 5-30 or 10-30 depending on the time of year.
i try to stick with what Honda recommmends, using Castrol.

thinking about synthetic oil such as Leading Edge or Amsoil etc. but haven't done it yet.
