Default what assembly lube?

what assembly lube should on use when i start my rebuild and what oil should i use or break in? thanks

I like Royal Purple Assembly lube myself. As for oil to break in, non-detergent non-synthetic oil.

assembly lube STP oil Treatment 3-5 bucks each, works PERFECT!!!!!
break in oil, w30 non detergent works best.

picked up a container of torco assembly lube for mine and just a lucas zink addative that imma run in regular oil for the break in

imo, i wouldn't worry too much on the assembly lube, i rather worry about the oil that you use for the break-in period

What do u mean by non detergent? Is it just regular motor oil?

Torco assembly lube and then we use Torco TBO for break in
