Water/Meth injection and Piston coating ??
I have been running meth injection on my turbo mazda for a couple months now and am very impressed with the results but havent seen rly too much mention of it here. I was thinking it would allow for lower combustion temps giving people the ability to run a higher CR on pump gas. Has anybody experimented with it on an all motor build?
Second set of questions was about piston coatings. I have finally settled on my piston rod combo for the lsv i am building (ls crank knife edged, shot peened smoothed and hardend LS rods, p30 pistons) i figure to squeak out a couple extra HP i could ceramic coat the piston dome and put a low friction coat on the skirt. I assume the piston to vavle clearence on a b16 head with S2 pro1's would be enough to run a small ceramic coating? Can these coatings be applied to a stock cast piston?

i am going to use both cryo and piston coating and a meth setup on my NA h22 build that starts when i get my garage.
