timing question

Default timing question

i have an ls/vtec swap , gsr head. what is the timing specs ? should i run it at 16 degrees btdc or is it ok to go to like 18 ?

run stock, 16 tdc thats your best bet, a few people run 18, but it depends on the deck height and etc, do u have any slack in your gear's if so, you might have to advance to compenstate for any head milling or height difference.

well u need to make sure u adjust that slack out, possible. Um, was the head milled any, whats the layers of HG are u using, etc etc.
