with gsr head and a stock bottom end wouldn't go over tuner 2s or pro 1 but for street use. its possible to use tuner 2s get ycp or nippion pistons. After that, then yes pro 2's are possible

Yes, likely on the exhaust valve side. The valve reliefs are not indexed in the same location as those found on the VTEC cylinder heads. Also, unless your B20B was originally a P8R cylinder head variant, the intake valve pockets will be suspect as well. You can always move some rocker pins and lock one cylinder into VTEC on the engine stand and gently spin the crank pulley... if it gets really difficult to spin or feels like something is stopping you from spinning the crankshaft... you have contact.

Also as Shodan has stated here... big camshafts need increased compression to work well. There is no good reason to put monster cams on a low compression engine. Bad plan OP.
