which smsp header is this
 

so i got this smsp header for a really good price but im not sure which smsp header it is from the pics i search looks like the itr header but i have also seen some say its the b19 header either way its being used on my mild b20vtec which im hoping will give me decent power

Yes, probably an early version of B19... (I bought 2 B19 from Dave).

It def picked up power in the midrage its more peppy I just need to get it dyno tuned
