Default THIS IS RIDICULOUS

my engine builder finished my motor. 2 days later i put it in my car with a new rebuilt itr tranny after about 20 seconds of running it starts leaking motor oil from what looks like rear main and from the oil pump .... right underneath the o-ring.. so i pull the motor honda-bond everything stick it back and and still same problem.... all the seals in the motor are brand new honda ... i did notice however that on the block where the rear main plate bolts to and on oil pump side whiere it bolts to that there are scuffs like somebody has sanded it or something ... maybe it's uneven... even then with the hondabond and the fact that its aluminum it would still seal but i guess not .... its coming out again tomm but then what?

Did you check the main oil galley plugs. Right above both the oil pump and the rear main seal plate there are two large plugs with a 14mm allen. Check and see if those are tight and if they need new crush washers and/or thread seal.

Also check the rocker arm shaft plugs on the timing belt side.

My first vote would be someone over torqued the oil pan and warped it. Now its not sealing.
