I spoke to omni a few months ago when he was at a locall shop. He said moast people make the springs to stiff and it pre maturly wears the cam shafts. H said his springs are great for street to mild race setups with like stage 2 cams or even stock cams.

skunk2 stage 2's specs are similar to jun 3's...
they actually have a lil more lift...12.1mm intake side as opposed to jun's 12mm
i'm gonna guess that jun's are better quality.
i've known a lot of people personally or that i've met in the scene who've had their
jun cams for years with no problems.

im getting skunk2stage2's also, but why would it be better opposed to sticking with skunk2 springs/retainers?
