Default NA d15b7 build

ok so i have a eg hatch i just got with a d15b7 and an ex trans..
i also have a 93 sedan fully built ls vtec turbo..
the sedan is obviosly my fast car but i want something a little more reliable for the hatch because it wil be my daily..
but i also want it to be pretty quick...
i was thinking
lightweight flywheel
d16a1 pistons
and a mild cam but might go for the exospeed stage 3 cause it sounds badass and is pretty cheap...
what do you think?
all motor sohc guys chime in please.
and i searched and read a couple p\of the threads already..

or should i go mini me......
i havenot found a cam that sound sas badass as the exospeed stage 3 for a vtec head though..
but the good thing about theexospeed cam is that you dont HAVE to put aftermarket springs and retainers and valves in, you just car rev really high, which i dont plan to anyways...

so anyone?????

IMO a mini me is a waste of time and money. You want to be able to breathe with the D series engines. Cant use a big cam with a Mini Me. So no breathing.

I'd stay non-vtec personally. The lopey idle on the exospeed might get annoying if this car is going to be your dailyd. How much is the price on the exospeed cam? Have you checked with delta? They offer some decent cams that have made some decent power on my s/s car

If a cam doesn't require a spring upgrade its not much of an improvement over stock, and most performance cams are going to push the power band up which will require revving the motor beyond the stock rev limit.
