Default Need some help on golden eagle head studs torque specs

not sure if this is the right place,I got a b18b going to put a b16 head on it I need to know the torque spec
please that's the only thing stopping me from finishing my build I know that b20/b18c
are the same please someone help

60 to 70 ft lbs wil be fine
i would run 60 for almotor and 70 turbo

i just got finished installing GE headstuds a few hours ago.

the instructions say to torque the studs into the block to 10ft/lbs.

then with the supplied lube on the threads/washers/nuts you torque them down to:

25ft/lbs first pass
50ft/lbs second pass

then the instructions tell you to loosen and retorque each nut back 50ft/lbs 3 times to properly stretch/seat the threads. do one nut at a time. do not loosen them all at the same time.

then the final torque spec is 72ft/lbs

These numbers are with the Torco assembly included with the studs.

If I was to hazard a guess, the exact same way as stated above with the new studs.

The challenge will be with finding their custom lube. I would contact GE to see if you can get their lube.
