Modding the head oil control orifice for more oil...
I was thinking about stepping up the hole in the head oil control orifice to supply a little more oil to the head. Has anyone ever tried this?
Say maybe .010" or .015"
I see people running external oil lines to their head(not just LS/B20 vtecs) for the extra oil so why wouldnt this work?
Thoughts?

Someone has had to have thought of this and tried it before...
More oil to the head anyone?
Im up in the air about routing an extra oil line (like ls/vtecs) to the head like the one here...http://theoldone.com/components/Oil%...umbing_kit.htm
There was a thread here not too long ago regarding rocker arm wear and oil supply...
As long as I dont go to big, I dont see the oil pressure dropping off significantly....
Think I may try it...

Don F posted his feelings about supplying more oil to the head of an H22 to help with cam wear issues etc. Are you using a B or H series motor? From what I understand, the B series didn't have the top end oiling issues and most rocker wear/cam wear was a result of changing camsm reving to the moon and not using an oil with a decent amount of zinc in it.

B series...92mm x 85mm
I know its not a major issue with the B series as much as it is with the H, but I think more oil supply is a good thing, especially to the last place that gets oil... Just wondering if anyone has tried it or not...
