Default Magnetic Drain plugs

Hello ,
I was looking in to a magnetic oil drain plug for my integra.
Is it beneficial, and worth buying and installing?
Is there any down falls to running a magnetic type plug and are they all the same?

I believe they are useful and they are relatively inexpensive. There are really no drawbacks to them.

Useful, no drawbacks, not all the same.
