k20a2 head milling
I was wondering what was everyones opinions on milling the head a few thousands in order to increase my compression from an 11:1 to a 12:1?

you would have to take off quite a bit to raise it a full point, good luck finding a timing belt afterwards, and you have to worry about piston to vave clearence

Yea you definetly cannot take links out
the hydraulic tensioner can only self adjust so far
in theory you would need to run a toda head gasket and mill it down about 35 thousands ...that should put you right around 12-1 ...but i imagine you wont have much space left for error if you need to pull the head off again
