Re: k20 RBC intake mani. on a h22?
I too would like to see the gains of a stock h22 motor with a stock manifold or Skunk2 etc vs the K series manifold. Only one I have seen was a 2 hp gain for $900? I understand the potential might be there for a very decent build but to have someone say hey I want to spend the $900 and thinking they will gain a ton of power on a stock motor might not be a worthy investment or right thinking...
Especially if there is fitment issues with those of the H trans and rear T bracket etc etc.

The K series manifold adapter was designed to give more options for the forgotten H series, not to come out and claim huge gains on all builds. Personaly we had huge gains from the RBC over the Skunk2 H manifold on our H23 vtec set up.
If your H22 or H23 is stock, 100% oem, id have to say start with some headers and air intake. I dont think i've ever seen any dyno comparisons by any manifold manufacturer of their manifold vs OEM on a stock engine.
The RBC or K series manifold swap on H series motors was specificaly designed for H2b setups only. So fitment issues on anything but H2b's is expected.

Thanks to the guys at QSD for coming up with the cool idiea of adapting k series mainifolds to my H2B setup. Before I only had the option of using a Skunk2 manifold (the only aftermarket h series manifold on the market ) but now I have A few different K series manifold top play with.

Re: k20 RBC intake mani. on a h22?
I'm doing a K-swap and what's popular is running the xcessive mani with the q45 TB. It comes off an Infinity q45 and opening is 90mm and tapers to 80mm, must use the q45 TPS but you can wire it right into factory K harness and it works just fine, I'm sure it would work fine on the H as well. Us K guys use this alot because the TB is cheap on ebay, just thought I'd share that info and hopefully help some peeps.

Re: k20 RBC intake mani. on a h22?
I know this thread is old but is there anyone running a b series tb on a k motor? Wouldn't only the tps need to be adressed since you can turn the iacv off in kpro and the map mounts to the rbc mani so just a block off of the b series map on the tb would be needed.

I was reading, but I didn't see a clear answer.
Has anyone done any comparative numbers? Stock vs RBC vs Ported Stock?
I was told that the ported manifold put performs them all.

Re: k20 RBC intake mani. on a h22?
I'm doing the RBC intake manifold off of a civic si 07 onto my h23 blue too, I already bought the adapter plate from skunk2 and bolts up nicely but I have an issue with the fuel rail, obviously, I'll need to go aftermarket but not sure what fuel rail to get. Been looking into hybrid racing and k tuned but not sure which will fit the fuel feed line from a 1993 Acura integra DA9, I found a fuel rail that fits the manifold but having trouble with the fuel feed lines. Does anybody know the size for the fittings ? Any help will be appreciated. Looking to buy a fuel rail and throttle body for the RBC manifold.

I would be that guy that bought the rbc manifold. Its actually WAY more than 500 when said and done. Atleast for me it is mines well upgrade everything. Im going use my h22 injectors so that will save me some money. I just have to buy a fuel pressure regulator. And do a little bit of a mod to get the iacv/iab working.
adapter plate-190
rbc manifold( I got the 06+ si same thing cheaper)-180
hybrid racing fuel rail-160
bdl 70mm throttle body-300

No you cannot... the top O-ring diameter is too small for the K-series fuel rail AND the the base is a totally different design. Plan on using K-series parts on a K-series intake manifold... no "H" parts will fit.

Alrighty then... K-series injectors, K-series fuel rail, K-series intake gasket, plus H-series gasket and adapter. What about the h22 harness? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, you use the H22A engine harness. Change the injector clips to match the new K injectors... and you will need an adapter plate to mount a B/D/H throttle body to the K manifold. You may have to lengthen the TPS and MAP wiring, and you will have to create an IACV circuit if you want the car to idle well.
