Re: k20 RBC intake mani. on a h22?
if you dont mind me asking, what throttle body did you decide to go with JR Deleon? and does anyone know if RDX injectors will work with a K20 fuel rail? and one more thing, is the rbc manifold also on the 06 civic SI(is this the same as the euro accord-r) ? im figuring i could buy the manifold from honda directly and it will be cheaper than hmotorsonline.

I had that same issue with a BDL TB, just had to file either the throttle cable bracket or the TB rotor, i tried it with all the other TB's we have and they were fine.... Before you tighten down the throttle cable bracket make sure its positioned all the way away from the TB rotor then tighten them down and that also will eliminate the problem most of the time.

so will the adapter kit work for a h22a4 head? I've heard the bolt pattern for the intake might be slightly different from an h22a just making sure!

looks like a great design (flow wise) but also looks like it might have some hood clearance issues once the throttle body is on

For a daily driven car hood clearance would probably be an issue. Now a race car on the other hand may take a liking to this option. Also the RBC manifold on an H2B set up sits very very low in the bay, there will be more room than you think. From what i saw on a partners RDX the runners are the exact length and angle as the RBC just the different plenum design.

Heres some pics of my rbc manifold with the TB adapter and fuel rail spacers. Also wanted to say thanks to Josh for getting me everything on time to make it for CMI.
Next week i will do a dyno against these guys.

Not to be confused with "THE MAN"
Re: k20 RBC intake mani. on a h22?
Excellent work guys, I read through all of the thread and the others that were linked to as well. Seems to be some really good gains with this setup. I think I may look into this for my pile of parts H2B that I currently am working on. And I am supposed to contact EGHATCH4YA209 about the parts correct? Again great work.
