We use/sell the lucas injectors and they are much less expensive then other brands. Here is a good tip. Get it tuned right and you will have a blast!

Lets keep this thread on topic.

ITB's work just fine for daily use. We have installed several of these kits for mild to wild daily's.

Pros:

Amazing throttle response, broad power band, great top end power, frees up extra room in engine bay, drops weight, awesome sound, Looks great!

Cons:

Would advise to run some type of filters, or you will be changing oil more frequently.

Hope this helps!

another con would be that you need a good engine management to support and run those ITB's.

Actually thats not true. We used a chipped ecu and vafc2 and tuned a very big race motor just fine. It made 274whp and 199lbs of tq on a dyno dynamics load dyno.

Besides, whats wrong with having a nice management?

Hope this helps.

I run ECtune . .

Its no different than hondata, neptune, etc . .

You should see some of the FAST software some of these guys were running a few years ago on full out race motors with ITBs. . . The programs are so simple. S100 blows them out of the water !

Just need a good tuner and they can make it work . .

We ran itb's on a bone stock internal H22a euro R with headers, cams, twin disc clutch. It made 244whp 167 lbs of tq. reved out pretty nasty too. Car ran 11.54@116 at pomona in a street car. Hope this helps!
