ITB & Toda issue, need help on dyno now

Ok here is the set up I have a jdm itr bottom w/gsr portflow ported head, toda b's and twm itb's. In cam at +2 and exhaust at -2, base timing at 16.13 to 1 a/f kinda rich in the mid. Pos dc header and factory cat to 2.5 in cat.
My issue is it is on the dyno and making 155whp, with the stock itr i pulled 170whp.
i'm still on the dyno and should be all day. Can anyone help me find 30whp https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsad.gif .

Is your base timing at 16degrees or is your a/f at 16.13:1. If that's your a/f you are tooooo lean.

your butterflies are prolly not fully open ... manually open them to see if thr cable is adjusted correctly

Nope, not the linkage, but the car did developed a strange belt squeal, so i took the alt. belt of and hooked up a battery charger to the car, and the squeal is still there , could be t-belt??????This sucks

Think a factory t belt is ok withg toda b's???

what engine management are you using? Just curious as to how much control and adjustability you have available

About the squeel, is your timing belt properly tensioned? Is your tensioner on the timing belt ok?

I have a chipped obdo ecu, i have an e-manage that i want to install as soon as i know the motor is ok....i think i have to check the t-belt, could the tensioner cause the loss of power if the timing hasn't jumped

Toda recommends their timing belt with the Spec B and C cams.

would it jump or just not make power??

if you're using an obd0 ecu, it may be a problem because the toyota tps doesnt give the same voltage as stock honda. you'd need to reprogram so ecu can use WOT maps.

verufy this on the dyno pass by using timing light as motor is run ... adjust light to see what max timing is being used.

Toda cams are notorious for shredding timing belts. If your cam timing is o.k., your lack of power is due to something else.

if your using a toyota tps you should try and get the idle at .4 .5 volts and for throttle at 4.5 volts
