Default idle problem

i have a B18c5 idle set to 1200 rpm. normaly the rpm suppose to be at 1000+ rpm when the motor is cold but mine is the oppisite. when i start my engine i have to keep my foot on gas keeping the idle at 1000 rpm+ to hold the idle or it will die. after warming for 5 minute it would then hold at 1000 rpm. after driving for 5-10 mines it hold its idle at 1200 rpm and no more problem.

Try unpluging the iacv, if no change you prob need a new one.
