Default IAC on an lsv question

So, I just had my motor rebuilt by a very well known company. I was drivin around last night and my idle went really bad. Like a bad IAC or a vacuum leak. But no vacuum leaks found. But what I did notice was that there were no coolant lines hooked up to the IAC is there a purpose to this? The motor is an LSV and i have the skunk2 pro series intake mani.

why not hook the coolant lines up to the iacv and see if the problem goes away.

throttle body gasket may have been blown out, or a bad TPS.
