Default GSR Main/Rod Bearing Selection

I'm a noob at putting engines together, so don't be too hard on me... Engine had 115k miles on it. When I plastigauge using the used bearings, i got either .001 or .0015 on both the mains and rods. Here's what my GSR Main and Rod Codes are:

Mains:
C4 Black
B3 Green
B3 Green
B3 Green
C3 Brown

Rods:
C3 Brown
C3 Brown
C3 Brown
C3 Brown

Question is should I use OEM Bearings with those same colors, or does ACL have some that will fit? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Ok, i'll probably just get the same bearings that were spec'd for the engine.

get 2 step looser for the bearings that had the clearence of .001

Blue (thickest)
Black
Brown
Green
Yellow
Pink
Red (thinest)

so for example if u had .001 clearence with a black color bearing, u will need to go down two colors, which will be Green, each bearing color down from Black would be .0003, so if u go 2 step down from black that will give u a total of .0006, now u add that to your .0010, which will give u .0016 clearence, thats in the ball park of the honda specs. hope this helps.

i had similar colors on mines i used king bearings since acl are MIA....std and i got .0015 all around with the plastigauge but i did use scat rods...if i was you i would go with oem rods and acl std crank bearings...save money and headaches...but remenber plastigauge is not that acurate its just to double check it can be around .0001 to .0003 in variations from actual spec...so your .001 was around .0013 cause i think thats the tightest honda runs its bearings...

Acl and kings are not for every engine, only some engine can get away with those one size fit all bearings.
