Hey there everyone this is my first post on the Honda forum! So I recently bought a 95 Honda Civic EX with a JDM D15b vtec swap. The first problem is that I need to replace the gasket where the header and downpipe meet, and there is currently a bolt missing from it so the car is very loud. The second thing is that when you start the car and let it sit for a bit and then rev it, the motor bogs down then goes back to normal and then will bog down a couple times again. Could this incomplete connection between the header and downpipe be the problem? When the motor is hot then it doesn't have the idle problem
