I wonder at what deegre the Blox Type B's have their specified peak lift/center position?

To degree the cams you don't even need the peak lift location. What you should be looking for is the lobe seperation angle and Lobe Center to install them at. Most cam cards use opening and closing #'s based on .050" lift at the valve.

Lobe center is peak lift location.
