b16a bottom end 11.5:1 compression...teflon coated pistons, gas nitrate coated rings, shotpeened straightnd and croyd rods, somewhat knifedged crank (some weight shaved), acl main, rod and thrust...
b16a2 head home done port match lol intake manifold, 70mm throttle body, dual valve springs, gsr cams, full msd, dc 4-1 test pipe and 2 1/2" back to a mugen twin loop made 183hp and 119 ft/lb tq tuned on crome at 13.18 a/f ratio....im trying to make 200hp with more head work...i love my baby stoke especially after dudes with ls vtec's and b20's get beat in a 99si...now i have to say none of the cars i ran had a good tune and i have to say they were throw together motors (on a budget) but there always harrassing me about my baby stoke lol...i like b16 bc everyone is against it...ill be at honda day hopefully spraying a 50 shot with some slicks well see what i can do...the numbers for my hp were not on a dyno and are +/- 5hp and +/- 10 ft lb of tq

great thread u guys have here i have been scratching my head trying to figure out what way to go being that i have a 91 da i wanna go b16a skunk stage 1 or 2 cams not sure which one because i dont wanna have to rebuild valve train skunk manifold jdm or any good 4-1 header cam gears i/h/e an im hoping to get some where around 170 whp and of course i have to figure out whats the best ems to get thinkin hondata not looking for a all out race cars just something with a lil push for the street it is my daily driver so it also has to last me

you guys have a lot of good dynoes with some solid numbers. 175+ is decent power in the ef chassis because its so light. its not going to set the world on fire but it can definatly get you in trouble.

So motor is a b16 81.5 bore crower econo rods, JE 11:1 pistons, Z1 girdle, arp studs and calico bearings. The head is a port and polished b16 with Skunk2 pro 1 cams, Pro series flat faced valves and pro series springs and titamium retainers, arp head studs.
3" cold air 70mm BDL throttle body, Skunk2 IM, Tri-y header with test pipe and 2.5 cat back.
197whp and 115 torque at 8900rpm

just finished my motor setup, needs a few little things to really "SCREAM" I think! give me opinions if you think the following stock parts I have are holding back alot of power!
2000 si pr3 head
port/polished head
rlz valve job

stock b16 intake manifold and tb
stock ls header into my 3in catback turbo exhaust (I think this is what is choking my motor:/) the header is to restrictive and the exhaust is too big
