hey man, i have been reading up on a few of the posts where you have quoted prices on some of the stuff on your race cars. i find most of it hard to believe, and i cant seem to see why youre trying to convince people youre running low-mid 9s on a 3,000 dollar motor. i know you do your stuff in-house, and i know you cant put a dollar amount on R&D and all but still...

ITR IM/TB/injectors
DC header
60mm exhaust
customer claimed ~11:1 compression, compression test said otherwise(tested 215 across the board)
BuddyClub stg3 cams

built head (unknown valve train)
tuned on Crome Pro by me

compression unsure of started with 11.5 :1 milled head 10thousands spoon head gasket
supertech nitrade flat valves crower stage 2 3/4 race cams /10k springs and titanium retainers
skunk2 cam gears
bloc intake manifold
cheap 4-1 header
made 180whp with bad alignment
i think the torgue was 113 dont have dyno anymore so far ran 13.0 should do 12.5
with a 90 shot of nitrous direct port it put down 265whp not sure of torque 11.80 on spray

i like how steve got 206whp out of a 1595cc B16 and didnt even pull the motor out of the car when he rebuilt it. lol. if im not mistaken it made 199 on the "do it" dyno, which is the biggest heartbreaker in socal.

based on my experience the following B motors in properly built street form with a liberal budget can make the following whp reliably for their displacement/size on pump gas. with a maximum compression of 11.5:1
b16 200-205+ whp
b17 210-215+ whp
b18 215-225+ whp
b20 235-245+ whp
The majority of people will never spend the time and money to achieve those levels, because beyond time and money it takes the know how, which few have anymore.
