Default Black spot in driveway from exhaust, Is this normal?

So i have a b18c5 running 0bd1 p28 on a phearable.net chip. Just intake and 2.5 exhaust that dumps b4 the rear control arm and when i start my car cold it leaves a ridiculous black spot on the pavement. I assume its just condensation mixed with my car running rich and the exhaust being caked with carbon has anyone had this happen? Its not oily, i put cardboard underneath it one day and it doesnt leave soak spots like oil....

Is the O2 enabled? Is every sensor hooked up properly?

Yes all sensors are connected that will plug into the obd1 harness and the o2 should be good to go theres no cel but i should add that over time it has developed a kinda rough idle thats worse when cold. Ive had the motor about 4yrs it feels fine when driving just doesnt q.uite idle right

You are running a chip that isn't tuned for your vehicle. It's really that simple. Also, are you sure the O2 wasn't disabled with the chip? That's a common thing to do with their basemaps.
