Bigger then 3" intake pipe??? anyone try this??
on a built motor (220whp and up) with 70mm t-body seems to me a 3 inch pipe would be too small has anyone tried 3.5" or 4" intake pipe ?
seems to me since even stock pipes are 3" and we put bigger intake mani's and t-body's i have never seen anyone with bigger then 3" intake pipe....
seems like a good question

i planned on it at one point but never got around to it!!!

I recall my buddy customizing a cheap intake arm from home depot using those white pipes and L tubes adapters to curve it for his preferences and painted it. It wasnt 3.5 or 4 inch but maybe you can buy those pipes....theres plenty of different sizes and try it....but what filter would fit? k&n filters for domestic cars perhaps............?

i mean i don't think its that important to do that with the pipe i assume the coupler will do that to attach it to the t-body, i am just wondering if anyone ever dyno tested??
