Default b16 block

ok i have dilema i bought a car with a b16 engine 2 years ago. after this time with the car i decide to start to building it ..... i send my head to machine shop to get some job done and i noticed that my b16 block its been sleeve to 83.20mm after clean up the pistons i noticed that those pistons are from a 88-89 prelude from an A20 (over 0.50mm )motor non vtec and the CR for those piston was 9.2.1 low compression .......but what compression should i have ????? the car runs strong and nice .....but dont know what compression i have and i want to tune the car....any idea ??

head
port and polish
itr manifold port to 68mm
throttle body 68mm
brian crower spring an ti retainers
jdm valves
blox type b

block
pr3 rods with acl bearing
pr3 crank with acl
a20 pistons

PS. i not an expert and dont have that much experience sorry for my poor knowledge Im here to learn!!!

thank you!!!

only way to figure it out is cc the combustion chamber and the piston in the bore then do a little math

??? Why don't u just put some after market pistons in there... Then ull now the cc and u would have no worries.... The b16 loves high compression and works at its full potential... I mean its what helps these little guys go and u wouldn't want to de-tune it. I forget what the numbers are but every 1 compression is around 5hp and that believe it or not can make a difference with these guys... Gives it that little extra POP...

if I had wanted to change the pistons never put this post ... I need to know the compression in order to know what route to take

Well then what is the plan youre leaning towards... With thoughs pistons in there u should have really no clearance problems.... And like I said, even though u don't really want to take them out of there you would be detuning it... Inless ur turboing it but i figured not since where in the all motor forum... These b16's love high compression and high rpms... Hope I don't sound like an *** just trying to help... But all in all you are gonna need to know the cc of the head, piston and bore so you won't really know till u get the head back... And ask them before they send it back to you
