Icon3 All 4 cylinders misfiring(code 71-74)! Tried everything! Need further help!!

2000 Honda Civic D16Y8. Starts every time and runs okay. Under slight heavy throttle is when the CEL pops up and starts flashing. If I'm cruising at constant speed the CEL doesn't flash and sometimes goes off. I also noticed that it begins to run slightly better after the car has warmed up.

Here's all that I did so far:
-Replaced distributor cap/rotor/plug wires
-spark plugs
-2/3 can of Seafoam in gas tank and 1/3 through brake booster
-added 10+ gallons of 93(it had old fuel when I first bought the car. It barely idled until I added about 6 gallons of 93 octane. After that it idled/ran better)
-Replaced head gasket
-Compression test(170psi-190psi) all 4 cylinders

The car had a blown head gasket when I bought it. After replacing head gasket and adding 93 octane fuel I drove it around and it ran decent. Just keeps throwing code 71-74 under moderate throttle. Any ideas??

**I also jacked up the car and the catalytic converter seemed new. I removed to primary O2 sensor to test if the cat was clogged but the car still ran(idle and rev to 3k rpm) the same.

Try a known good set of injectors. That's one thing I see you haven't messed with that could be your problem.

-Was the head resurfaced?
-Block checked for straightness?
-Timing correct?
-Correct sparkplugs, plug wires? dizzy timed?

I pulled off the fuel rail and injectors today for inspection. The injectors seemed pretty new so I just cleaned them and installed them back on the head. I might have to try and get new injectors.

The cylinder head and block was not resurfaced prior to installation. Although I did check the surface of the block/head with a metal square(straight edge) to see if there are any irregularities and there wasn't..so I continued on with the installation. I know that's not the best way to check or if it even works but that's what I did. There are no leaks and compression is good on it though.

I checked the timing plenty of times before and after starting the car. Everything seems to be on time.

Yes the spark plugs are correct(NGK R) and so are the plug wires.

I'm thinking maybe I should borrow a friend's distributor and try that..
I would like to try and narrow this problem down to a fuel issue or an ignition issue. THanks for the help so far.

check your rotor in the dizzy if it came loose. Also check the firing order on the wires to the dist.

**PROBLEM SOLVED!**

I carefully unplugged each injector plug while the car was idling to see if it caused any type of effect on engine performance. Starting with cylinder #1 injector, I unplugged it and the car bogged down and almost died. The same thing happened to cylinder #2 and #3. As for #4, nothing happened.
I pulled the fuel rail and replaced #4 injector with a spare one I had in the garage. I pulled the negative- battery terminal to reset the ecu.
After hooking everything back up I started it and gave it a quick rev after idling for 5-10 minutes. NO CEL and no bog!! Test drove it to Burger King and no problems!! NICE!!!
