Re: 86x92 beries dyno toda c
I think in certain situations oils and additives may have their place. But having now tried most of all the popular race and high zinc oils I still haven't reached absolute certainty about B/H valve train wear prevention. I did run a toda cam with a damaged primary lobe for years in a RR K20a, with motul 300v ($$$$) and last I checked it still had no wear increase.
Here is a reputable source that states some good facts about ZDP oils and calls it a myth that they are needed for flat tappet.

We Run XP on our shop car. Love it. Came in right over 93ish lbs at the seat - we run them in our lobe cams mostly.. Great price, thicker retainers, i love em.

Im either going to go with the sku k2 pro 3 or the roller cams which the specs are
Intake duration @.050 is 272
Intake gross lift is .520
Exhaust duration @ .050 is 278
Exh gross lift is .536
I will see how these compare to the pro 3 on the dyno.
I am running a cometic mls .055 hg ive had great luck with them and even reused one in a pinch on my 86 bore setup.
I went with the .055 because the amount that had to be taken off the block and head to get me close to where I would have been with a .030.

Life happened I apologize everyone.
Still have the crx new motor is 86x95
Deciding on what fuel to use m1, m5, or pump e85 because its very convienent.
Kinda worried about pump e85.
Motor is built just need to finish chassis.
Engine bay paint, interior work, brake lines and some wiring. Want to finish over the winter.
Ive got bigger slicks and lighter 1 piece magnum skinnies.
Will post pics asap.
