i got my car dynoed this weekend happy with the results so far
mod list
86mm bored itr block
92mm crower crank
carrillo ultra light rods
wiseco offset 12.25 pistons
itr head with valvejob
revhard im (victorx copy)
smsp header
3" exhaust
68mm skunk2 billet tb
toda c cams
custom 4" intake and 6" vstack
93 octane

well the chart is the low cam, we tried and tried vtec would not engage but I dont believe those numbers arent bad for the toda c primaries

jeez 200whp out of that without vtec is pretty nice, you would pick up alot of power if you could get vtec to work haha, BUT what did you try to get it to work?

everything minus pulling the rocker arms out and checking them.
The motor has been assembled for about 4 yrs cant remember if I assembled the head or the machine shop after the valve job but I am taking bets that something is missing in the rocker arm assembly. I have never messed up installing rocker arms but who knows gonna tear the top end apart one evening this week and see whats up

wow you made more power without vtec than most builds on this site make on lsvtecs..
check the 0 ring on cam cap number 3..and bypass the oil pressure switch if you havent done it...most comon reasons for vtec not working..

Just checked the o-ring is there but the dowel pin isnt in the #3 cap?
Everything else looks good all the rockers are correct

Car will make 250+whp with vtec.. Nice numbers.
Smooth that AFR out, that car's setup should like 13.3-13.1 AFR
Did you jump the vtec noid?? Do you hear it click?

good to see my old motor going again...
just think...6 years ago the thing made 191/126 with i/h/e....before going to RLZ for the build....and you just beat those number...ON THE LOW CAM!!

I installed the dowel pin with a new oring but it just seems too simple for that to fix it?
Does anyone have a nice pic of a dissambled rockerarm I can look at to make sure everything is correct I mean everything looks right but doenst mean it is. Curious which rocker locks first, second and last just curious about the orientation.
