Numerous people, from various forums for TSXs/TL have this issue
It is the APP sensor

assuming so... its the same part number for all 06-08s for sure.
essentially, just tape your throttle, gentley, if doesn't move the rpms... it's on the way out... you can check for slack in the throttle cable too... and tighten that up. could help
