Default *HELP* ABS codes 83-1 and 84-1 and p1009

on my 06 tsx, i have abs codes 83-1 (ecm/pcm relation malfunction) 84-1 (vsa sensor logic malfunction) and p1009 (camshaft position stuck at advanced position)

the vsa light and triangle stay on, but only sometimes does the cel come on. usually after vtec is engaged. after that it has a surging idle (like a bad iacv).

vtec solenoid has been replaced, and still does it.

im running out of ideas

any help would be appreciated

thanks,
Donnie

2005 Acura TSX with 2.4l VTEC. just replaced the blown cylinder head to include new timing and oil pump guides and chains and tensioner. New VTEC solenoid, and filter screen.

Since putting it back together I've had a Similar prob as Donnie With p1009 code, VTEC solenoid, wavering idle, and intermittent vsx dash indicator. But also got p2279 and p0507 codes at the same time as p1009.

Before donnies post I thought the fluctuating idle was a separate prob from the p1009 oil problem. Tried fixes for p2279/0507 codes to fix idle. No change. These two idle codes Always pop back up with p1009. For these two codes I followed troubleshooting process to include
-air leak checks done and all manifold and vac hoses replaced or stress tested with vacuum guage, PCV replaced, idle and ckp relearn done, throttle body cleaned, new new brake booster hose, tested (ohms, voltage, and vacuum guage where applicable) all interconnected vacuum valves and solenoids as well as evap solenoid
For the p1009 I tried the least costly things in the Troubkeshoot process. VTEC Oil control solenoid is new. Replaced side mounted oil screen. Changed the oil and filter. But damn. All three codes keep popping up together. WTH
- can't find anything tying these three codes together until this post with the p1009 code and idling problem (and the vsx light does occasionally pop on/off)
- could a faulty cam actuator affect the two idle/air leak codes
- what about a slipped chain or tensioner prob. Really hesitate about those after stripping two timing case scews.
- maybe the oil pump
- is there some other sensor or valve or solenoid or vacuum that links these
