wow that's alot of power for 11.6ibs. but yea its a k-series so they do make more than 11 on a b-series.

This doesn't sound right at all.....

First, there is no way any tuner in the right mind would run the injectors at 100% duty cycle. That is asking for a blown engine. The most I've ran was 90% duty cycle and that was really pushing it. Typically, 80% is the reliable limit.

Second, your dyno graph is showing 356hp. You can make 356hp on 550cc injectors and that wouldn't even max them out. And you maxed out 1000cc?

I'm going to be doing a K swap for my K20Z1 for the K24 and there is a company in N. Carolina that does custom builds for anything you want in a K24. They are very knowledgeable and honest about what you need and what you don't, according to you specific application. They sell an ECU specifically set up for the 24, turbo/no turbo, ust let 'em know what you currently have and what you're planning on doing and ust run from there bro. Hope they can help.-J

Oh sorry if your interested I have the site and the number, just msg me. I'm new to this board and haven't had time to read all the stickies yet. And if I can post the name of the site just let me know, so everyone can take advantage. BTW I don't work for these guys, so this isn't a shameless plug. I live in So. Cal

You obviously didn't read my setup. I'm running a "returnless" system with a stock fuel pump. Maybe you should read the thread before you write something that way you don't say or ask dumb questions.

just got some of my fuel return system done. with this return system i should be making some more HP.
drilled a hole for the return fitting

i drilled a hole right through the "***" that is directly above the fuel pump and attached the black factory tube to the feed fitting and the *** as my fuel feed.

then the AN fitting with the blue fuel hose was connected to the bottom of the fuel
where the original feed was connected to.

epoxy is what i used to seal the AN fitting.

hooked up the new deatchwerks compact 265 pump and installed into tank. next will be the hook up to the fuel rail.
