Re: my turbo TSX project
well its been awhile since i did a update so here's some intercooler work that i have been doing since i have some spare time now. enjoy.
welded a bracket to my intercooler
i decided to go with the Synchronic BOV
this is my piping that will be holding my synchronic BOV.
heres my mock up of the pipes and intercooler. the only problem i had was my driver side fog light was hitting the intercooler piping so im gonna have to change that otherwise its pretty much done.

Ive got a 05 and the grill is one I ordered off eBay. You get what you pay for and I paid cheap for it. I'm gonna end up getting a oem one maybe a type s or euro r. Fiberglass sucks.

Re: my turbo TSX project
i finally finished my intercooler pipings and here's the new pipe i had to weld up to keep my fog light.
the front bumper fits and i still get to keep my fog light. oh as you can see im also going back to the A-Spec lip. i like how it flares out making the car front look a little wider. the euro-r lip was just to plain for me.
i also installed my K-Tuned dual harness and ill tell you what, if your not a wiring kind of guy i would probably have a professional do it. the instructions on taking the cluster apart could have been more specific. dont get me wrong i like the harness but for $500 it could use some work on better more specific instructions. i already contacted them and gave them my opinion but its up to them to change it or not. another thing about the harness is unplugging the vtec sensor. thats a pain in the ***. they should try to find the wiring in the harness and have you tap into that instead of cutting the plug or buying a donor plug. other then that im just waiting to order a kpro ecu, 1000cc injectors and some new suspension work then its pretty much done. ill probably finish by summer and then maybe next year install a new clutch and LSD.

youre living the dream man. I love that you made your own plumbing. Some funky angles to make it work so its not pretty in places but function over form. Id powder coat it flat black if it were mine. Also, I dont see your AC condenser, are you scrapping the AC?

Re: my turbo TSX project
Hahaha that's the funny part. I forgot to clamp my ground from my welder on the frame and left it leaning on my ac condensor and if you know anything about welding I pulled the trigger and arc'd onto the condenser causing it to leak out the ac freon. So I'm gonna do without ac untill I get her running. It's not that I had to scrap the ac I was just impatient. Good eye thou. Most people wouldn't even notice.

Re: my turbo TSX project
I just got my kpro yesterday and ordered my injectors from ClubRSX today so maybe next weekend I'll get her running. If I do I'll try to get a video up.
