TSX wagon owners, any here?
Been looking for a new to me TSX wagon, mainly 2011-2012. Anything to look out for? I know the 2012 doesnt come with a spare tire, jack and tools which sucks. They do have a $400 spare tire accessory though from Acura.
Any electrical issues, mainly in the Tech models as thats what Im looking at. Any mechanical things to watch for?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

2011 tech. No problems at all to report, personally. But it seems like a lot of people have oil consumption issues. Idk if the issue is them or the car, though.
I Just did an oil change at about a 10k mile interval on ours....and I had to add a 1/2 quart in that time span. That's really good for any car....not to mention one that runs 0W20. This one is perfect. It has like 60k miles total now.
Front sway bar links wore quickly. Iduno what to make of that.
The other common problem is that rear brakes wear fast. But...again...I'm not really seeing much issue.
They're f#&ing great cars. Stereo sounds sick, lots of space, nice MPG, (running out of goodass adjectives) overall car...and it looks, rides, and drives better than a SUV.
Edit: Also, I think I have a faulty thermostat. The car is still under warranty....so we'll see what happens. So...I guess I have one legitimite issue haha.

Re: TSX wagon owners, any here?
I just picked up a 14 tech. Only have about 1600 miles on it. I bought it with 543 when it got to me, it had been on a dealers lot. Only thing ive come across is it wouldn't play most of the mp3s on a jump drive, I just converted them to the right mp3 format and they all work now. I work at an Acura dealership and really rarely see them. We have 1 in right now with a loose tensioner and just had 1 for consumption but that was propably only the 3rd or 4th tsx in for that. We have had 2 wagons in that were struck by lightning, no joke. Its the only 2 cars weve ever had in for that. My dad is an insurance adjuster and said he sees about 6 cars a year that are struck by lightning. Im loving mine so far but it does need more power. Im planning on doing the rv6 downpipe with hi flow 2nd cat, cai and flashpro. Im looking into if the rdx injectors do anything for it or not.
