Default Electrical issues

05 TSX randomly does not charge battery. New battery, re manufactured Honda alternator and starter all in the past 6 weeks. At random times while driving idiot lights will start coming on. Passenger airbag, VSA, ABS, brake and engine icon. Headlights go dim and eventually completely out, loss of acceleration and before it dies, no movement when in gear. Car is at Honda service center currently, all their testing is showing no issues. Everything is working and charging as it should. Any ideas or experience with anything like this?

Have the grounds been cleaned? I would check that the engine ground is intact and free of corrosion.

@Tgray one year check in. What'd you find out? Mine only happens when it gets warmer out, colder weather and the check charging system light is nowhere. I checked all ground that I could see however, after removing the alternator I found that there is a ground for the A/C compressor. It's small and hidden under there. Mine was covered in caked on power steering fluid, replacing pump now and saw this. Maybe that has something to do with it. It's a bitch to get to but I did find that ground as well. However, with the light not coming on when it's cold, I truly think it's somewhere within the wire harness and warm weather causes the problem to arise.

Sounds like you have problem with electronic load detector (ELD). Its located in the bottom of the fusebox in engine compartment.

Interdasting. After all my searches nobody said anything about that. I guess I'll have to test that when it gets warmer. It's so strange though, it's only when the temp is above 50 degrees or so outside will it do this.
