Anyways...

My 03 Ody,

My maintenance light was flashing, also being around the time for an oil change. Went to Honda, told them about the flashing light, had an oil change. I leave Honda and it's still flashing. From turning the car on, it flashes ten times, then stops flashing. Now it just stays on all the time

Didi Honda just forget to reset the light, or is it flashing a code?

They probably forgot to reset the reminder. It's only a maintenance reminder, and even then it doesn't measure anything. It merely counts the number of miles traveled before the next time it should light up.

IIRC, resetting it involves turning the key to the "ON" position, then holding down the Trip-Meter Reset button until the light stays solid, then goes out.

easy fix

1. press and hold odo reset button
2. turn car on but do not start
3. continue to hold odo reset button for 10 second
4. release odo reset

turn car off and back on light should turn on for self check and then turn off
