I just had the purge valve replaced on my 2008 TL yesterday due to the "Tighten Fuel Cap" warning. Today after driving it about 20 miles, the check engine light came on and it's giving me the P145C failure code. Could this possibly be due to a faulty new part, or is there something else that needed to be done when the purge valve was replaced?

I also have P145C and P0443 (which is the purge valve message)
