I have an RSX base sitting in my driveway that was in a front-end Collision but the transmission and engine are fine, I just had another kid and I need a four door so I was looking at a TL instead of another RSX. I found a 2006 Acura TL 4 really cheap and all it needs as a transmission.I know that the TL tends to have transmission problems and would still like to have a 5-speed if I plan on buying the TL. I plan on having someone do this for me if it's possible if there's not too much Fabrication involved. Right now I'm down to one vehicle which is in the shop also, and I have a considerably low budget but if it's possible I would love to have another Honda/Acura. They are extremely reliable.

The best bet would be for you to find an automatic transmission from a 2006 or 2007 Honda Accord V6 (not a hybrid model), and put that into the TL
