Acura TL type S MT
Hey guys so I’m in the market for the unicorn 07-08 type s manual. What are common problems i should be looking for when I buy it? Other Acura TL type s Manual owners please shed light with ur experiences 60-150k miles. Both fwd and awd expiernces pls

I'm a little late to the party on this one, but here goes anyway...
- For the 2007-2008 Acura TL Type-S, there is no such a thing as an AWD version; all cars are FWD.
- As for common problems, there are two I can think of for the 6MT versions, 1) a "third gear grind" (which can also manifest itself as third gear popping out); this can be cured by replacing the MTF with ACDelco Synchromesh Friction Modified fluid, and 2) slow clutch engagement when really romping on the car; this can be fixed by what is known as the CDV-Delete (Clutch Delay Valve Delete).
