Why would you need a VAFC for a new tl? what kind of mods do you have on it? and have you dynoed it with a sniffer, i mean is that how you got the idea that you need to even out the A/F ratio?
anyway, you might check to see if they make a helms manual for it. http://www.helm-inc.com
those are the factory service manuals, they make the normal service manuals, electrical manual, as well as the body repair manual. (for a lot of cars). they might have one out for the new TL, if they do, pick up the electrical manual.

Re: (xthephilx)
Helms publishes the OEM service manuals for honda/acura. Here's a link to the electrical troubleshooting manual for the 04-05 TL.

Trust me, you will find a use for it, especially if you want to do any of your own work. I use my helms ALL the time, even for little stuff, it is really handy to have.
And I would wait until you actually have a supercharger, and see what kind (if any) of modifications to the fuel system you need to make. The ECU could automatically adjust itself enough to make it work well.
Just trying to save you some money.
