2005 ACURA RL MANUAL SWAP
I am buying a 05 RL, O yes it is a 290 stock hp SH AWD (super handling all wheel dirve) Honda buddy! But it is a poo cee automatic 5 spd with gay *** paddle shifters I intend to never use! What I was wondering is what manual swap is possible in this car? The newest TL gearbox? I have a vision of a single turbo SH AWD 6spd manual RL!!!!! This would be the EVO KILLA!!!! Muahahahahahahah!!!!!

I thought that was the point of this website? I will figure it out with King motorsports and make a journal within a couple of years. Nothing is impossible. Maybe a NSX manual swap? hmmmmm

The 2005 Legend is also an automatic. Even Ichishima's Legend is an automatic.
Before you go too far down this road, I think that maybe you should live with the car a little bit in its current form.
I think you'll find that you're not going to gain all that much more performance with a six speed.
You're also going to risk the workings of the SH-AWD, which is designed for that particular drive train. You might even have to wait for the 2010 model year TL six speed SH-AWD before there's even a six speed that will handle the combination of power and all wheel drive.

get a tl
RL is a tank that weighs 4000 lbs.
and datalinked between ecu and tcu to properly control and time the awd system.
Subaru and evo have a different awd system.
