I have a 6 speed manual transmission. My speedometer has been behaving like the tachometer fluctuating up and down according to engine speed. While on the highway probably cruising around 60-70 mph, the speedometer is bouncing up and down around 50-60 mph. It did this on and off during the winter, now it's doing it all the time.

Check the connector and wiring for the output shaft speed sensor.
