2005 Acura TL HID Headlight Problem
does anybody know why Honda can't service my 05 TL HID headlights ? If both the driver and pass bulbs were replaced and still only one works, would it be the Ballast ? Don't Honda's have similar HID headlights ? thx

Instead of asking why a dealer won't work on it, do a few checks or bring it to an independent shop; if you don't want to do it or bring to an Acura dealership.
Which side doesn't work?
There are separate fuses protecting each headlight.
In addition, the power wire at each headlight connector can be tested with a voltmeter to determine if power is getting through. The ground wire can be tested for continuity to ground.
