2000 RL ABS/VSA Modulator Replacement
My ABS/VSA lights are on and the codes are ABS 9-8 and 9-3. All signs point to the VSA modulator-control unit needs replacing. Any advice or tips on replacement? I can get a used one on ebay for $200. My local shop said they won't put on a used one because it probably came from a wrecked car. Should I be concerned about that? thanks.
